Biography

Walter M. Northcutt has been in the private practice of law since 1986 and has tried over 130 jury trials; hundreds of District Court cases; and Domestic Cases involving divorces, custody, juvenile law, and child support.

Since 1989 Mr. Northcutt has been doing residential and commercial loan closings for individuals, banks, companies, and lending institutions. Mr. Northcutt is approved by the leading lending institutions and banks to do residential loan closings and can work with your lender to make sure your loan closing goes as smoothly as possible.

Since 1986 Mr. Northcutt has worked on Domestic Cases including divorces, custody matters, child support matters, and juvenile cases. Mr. Northcutt feel that every case is special and must be handled with care. Each client's case is evaluated with the client and once the goals of the client are brought to focus Mr. Northcutt and the client work together to insure that all legal means are used to meet those goals.
